Hi, I'm Bianca Alsip-Freeny, a classically trained Chef with a background in Hotel & Restaurant Management. Being able to help my clients during some of the most memorable times of their lives is something I am truly grateful for.

My childhood dream was to be a Chef, my earliest memory of being in the kitchen was at 2 years old. I always followed my family & family friends in the kitchen.

After graduating High School I attended the Culinary Arts & Management Program at The Art Institute Of Los Angeles & finished Business & Marketing courses at the College of Southern Nevada. Upon Graduating from Culinary School, I worked for hotels in Santa Monica, California & Las Vegas, Nevada. While I was employed in the industry I catered for NBA & NHL training camps as well as many other high-profile clients.

Early on, while I worked in the hospitality industry / Hotels it was very male dominated & I had to work REALLY hard to be seen & now to have a business, a women owned business. It's empowering & a huge accomplishment to come full circle.

I love the wedding & event catering industry because I enjoy making a difference, during my clients most special days.
